Solar + battery loans

Own your system with a fixed payment.

• Fixed-rate, fixed-term loans (typical terms 10–25 years)
• You own the equipment and may be eligible for available tax credits or incentives (talk to your tax advisor)
• Payments are predictable and can be compared side-by-side with your current utility spend

Best for: Homeowners who plan to stay 5+ years and want to own the system outright over time.

Third-party leases

Pay for the benefit, not the hardware.

• A third party owns the system on your roof
• You pay a monthly lease payment instead of a utility bill for a portion of your energy
• Maintenance responsibilities are typically built into the agreement

Best for: Homeowners who want lower upfront responsibility and are comfortable with a service-style agreement.
